Concrete Coatings

Concrete coatings protect the concrete from Calgary’s harsh environment including road salts and foreign substrates from breaking down and deteriorating the surface which can cause cracking. A concrete coating also adds an elegant aesthetically pleasing surface which will add major curb appeal to your home or business. By adding non slip silicas you eliminate the possibility of having someone slip or fall as well.

The Process
Concrete is cleaned and prepped (grind and shot blasted if required). All holes, cracks and deficiencies are repaired. A commercial grade moisture barrier primer is then applied. A polyurethane base coat is then applied (color of choice or decorative flake embedded). Then an extremely tough commercial grade clear top coat, designed for parkades and bridge decks is then applied to seal everything all together. The top coat will not yellow over time and will last a very long time.
